Company Driver Benefits

Mt. Vernon

  • Average Company Driver earns $75,000 per year.
  • Pay $0.60 - $0.64 / mile
    • 60 CPM base + 2 CPM touch freight bonus + 2 CPM quarterly safety/performance bonus.
  • $20 per stop after the first stop
  • $40 per jobsite
  • Rider and Animal policy
  • Regional, Class A Truck driving work based out of our facility in Mt. Vernon, OH.
  • Routes deliver inner OH and to the surrounding states. Great for drivers that need to be home more often!
  • Trips are typically 1-3 days out. Home every weekend!
  • Trucks are parked at the terminal for home time.
  • Driver-assisted unloads tailgating windows and patio doors
  • Our trucks are Peterbilt 579s, Kenworth T680s, and Freightliner Cascadias hauling 53' dry van trailers. Well maintained.
  • Low to no downtime. Our freight is primarily contracted, so you'll have your next dispatch typically before you finish your current one.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A (CDL)
  • 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience
  • Willingness to touch freight
  • Strong driving record with minimal to no violations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
